Our canvases and posters are specifically designed for indoor use and are not recommended for outdoor display. The materials used in their production are not suitable for outdoor conditions. We prioritize providing our customers with high-quality products that maintain their integrity and appearance over time, and outdoor exposure can significantly affect their durability.

For optimal results and longevity, we advise using our canvases and posters in indoor spaces where they can be protected from direct sunlight, moisture, and other outdoor elements. This will help ensure that your wall art remains vibrant and maintains its original quality.

To ensure that your wall art fits perfectly, we recommend measuring in feet and inches. For instance, a 16 x 20 inch piece should be hung with the 20 inch side running vertically and the 16 inch side running horizontally. We suggest using appropriate tools to take accurate measurements of the wall space where the product will be hung.


For our poster frames, in the event that dust accumulates, we recommend wiping it off with a clean, dry cloth. For our canvases, if dust accumulates, use a clean, damp cloth to gently wipe it off. Please be cautious not to get the wall art wet or stained.



To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us on our website. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
